New addition to my preliminary measures!

After contemplating some advice someone on a forum gave me, I've decided to go biphasic for the duration of my preliminary activities. I already get about 6 hours of sleep per night, so this really only makes sense. I can drop my sleep down to 4-5 hours and then take a siesta around 6 or 7 pm. I hope this helps in getting acquainted with taking day naps, as I hear they are the hardest to sleep through because we are not used to sleeping during the day. I will let you know how it goes when I start in 4 days.
